Repair warranty terms
StaFIX2GO, we believe that our satisfied customers are the most important part of our business. We go out of our way to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied after their device is repaired. However, in the event that there is a problem with the replacement part after your repair, rest assured that we will repair or replace it for free. Our warranty ID(ie the warranty sticker FIX2GO) should be intact and unchanged on your device,for the guarantee to be valid. This warranty does not cover liquid damage or physical wear and tear, such as a broken screen from a drop. Also, the warranty on each repair covers only the part or parts replaced in the original repair. If a different fault is found in your device, we will inform you of the additional cost. In more detail, our warranty terms for all repair services are as follows:
iPhone repair warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty on all new screens and other iPhone parts. Exceptions are the battery with a one-year warranty and work on the motherboard with a 3-month warranty. The guarantee we offer you concerns the spare parts we have installed for you. The warranty does not cover damage caused by impact, water or physical wear.
Tablet/iPad repair guarantee
We provide a 2 year warranty for all spare parts. This warranty does not cover a broken screen, water damage or physical wear and tear of the Tablet/iPad. The parts warranty covers only the part or parts of the Tablet/iPad that were replaced in our original repair.
MacBook Repair Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty on all MacBook spare parts. We make no warranty for services or software installation.
iMac Repair Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty on all iMac parts. We make no warranty for services or software installation.
Repair guarantee for other smartphones (Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, OnePlus, Sony)
We only use quality and genuine parts in our repairs and therefore provide a one-year warranty on most parts. This warranty does not cover a broken screen, water damage or physical wear and tear on the device. The parts warranty only covers the part or parts of the mobile phone that were replaced in the original repair.
Laptop repair warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty for all laptop spare parts. We do not provide warranty for services or software installation including OS installation and virus removal software.
Computer repair warranty
We provide a 2 year warranty for all computer spare parts. We do not provide warranty for services or software installation including OS installation and virus removal software.
Motherboard repair warranty
Pawe have a 3-month warranty for motherboard repair due to water damage or other causes.
